Nick Lachey Lawyers Threaten Magazines Over Sex Photos
Lawyers for Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have warned American magazines not to publish explicit photos of the couple having sex - or face the legal consequences.
The current issue of American magazine Life & Style contains steamy pictures of Lachey and Minnillo cavorting in a jacuzzi at a private Mexican resort.
According to TMZ, further photos graphically show the pair engaging in sexual activity.
Hollywood attorney Marty Singer, who represents the couple, claims the "outrageous and malicious" photographer who snapped the pictures did so illegally.
Singer says, "The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos."

Let's see; if someone takes a picture of them doing IT in the open, where it is illegal to do IT and they publish the IT.. that is bad!? I wish they would publish It for free and shame them all the way to heck and back not to expose themselves to slander. He is a sleazy slime ball and she is the slime ball that needs to take it inside.
